众明半导体与飞利浦签署LED专利技术合作协议

CivilightShenzhenSemiconductorLightingCo.,Ltd。announcedthattheyenteredintoapatentlicenseagreementwithPhilips。ThelicenseprovidesCivilightwithfullaccesstothePhilips’LED-relatedpatentedtechnologiesthatPhilipsmakesavailabletothelightingindustrythroughitsLEDLuminaireandRetrofitBulblicensingprogram.

Mr.IrvingPun(CorporateStrategyDirectorofCivilight)andMr。GregoryBaque(Senior DirectorofIP&Standard,Philips)haveattendedthesigningceremonyasbusinessrepresentatives,andcosignedthePatentCooperationAgreement.AlsosomeauthoritativelightingindustrialmediawereinvitedtoattendandwitnessthesigningceremonyinShenzhenofChina.
