总投资3.5亿美元旭瑞光电LED外延芯片项目正式投产

据介绍，?a href=http://www、gg-led、com/newsList-、html target=_blank style=:#000000>?a href=http://www、gg-led、com/newsList-、html target=_blank style=:#000000>瑞光电?a href=http://www、gg-led、com/newsList-、html target=_blank style=:#000000>?a href=http://www、gg-led、com/newsList-、html target=_blank style=:#000000>2010年2月破土奠基，2011年3月正式投产。其总投资超过3.5亿美元，分三期实施，首期投资总额约6亿元人民币，产能将达到20KK/月(1毫米*1毫米芯片)。按照规划，该项目预计在2013年底三期投资完成，届时将拥有60台MOCVD，将能够同时大规模生产4英寸或更大尺寸的LED外延片和大功率、高亮度LED芯片，光效将超130lm/W。

据悉，?a href=http://www、gg-led、com/newsList-、html target=_blank style=:#000000>?a href=http://www、gg-led、com/newsList-、html target=_blank style=:#000000>瑞光电?a href=http://www、gg-led、com/newsList-、html target=_blank style=:#000000>?a href=http://www、gg-led、com/newsList-、html target=_blank style=:#000000>份有限公司由美国SemiLEDs Corporation与在国内几家LED企业共同投资组建，专业生产大功率高亮度LED芯片产品。其LED芯片项目是SemiLEDs(美商旭明)在中国大陆投资的唯一项目，占地100亩，总投资超过3.5亿美元。
